Located as part of the Trent-Severn Waterway System, there are all kinds of fish. Major fish species include largemouth and smallmouth bass, walleye, muskie, black crappie, bluegill, perch, catfish and carp. Most of the lake is quite shallow with submerged logs and stumps, lily pad beds, weed beds and cat tail banks everywhere. Perfect locations for largemouth bass. The deeper weed beds along the channel as well as rocky points are home to walleye, muskie and bass.
