Our standard guest rates are:
- $299 per day (minimum 3 days with two nights)
- $1,500 per week
The rate covers the rental of the main house and three cabins. The capacity limit for the entire site is 20 guests. In our usual policy, there is a minimum stay of 2 nights (3 days) for all bookings. If you would like to conduct a single day event, please write to us about your requirements.
There is a linen charge of $15 per bed per stay. There are 18 beds available. Guests can choose to use up to 18 beds.
Ideal for groups of up to 20 overnight guests (18 beds are available). If you have a smaller group of less than 6 overnight guests, we warmly welcome you. We usually apply a small group discount on top of the posted rate. Larger groups have priority if there are two groups interested in booking for the same reservation period.
We require a $500 Refundable Security Deposit for all reservations. This $500 Refundable Security Deposit will be returned in full within 30 days of guest departure unless there are damages or special cleaning is required.

Pet Admission Fee is applicable for each pet you would like to bring to the property. The stay of all pets is required to be disclosed and approved in advance. The fee is $50 per approved pet. The Pet Admission Fee does not include any special cleaning expense which may be needed.
